On Matrices

Three matrices are shown, in order R, A and B. You can select different sizes for A and B. If you select an element, you can change its value.

You can then command operations to be performed, such as R = A+B or R = A*B. You can compute the transpose, determinant or adjoint of A. You can copy the result to either A or B, and swap A and B.

By default these operations are animated, showing the stages in the method - and you can speed up/slow down or pause/resume the animation. However you can choose to manually step through the process.
