Overview

This workshop will bring together leading researchers in academia and industry to present and discuss how methods in Quantitative System Pharmacology (QSP) are being applied to problems in pharmacology, in connecting and informing pharmaceutical action at subcellular, cellular and higher level scales (e.g. populations). Over an exciting and interactive 2.5 day meeting of invited and submitted talks and poster presentations, participants will also learn to work with QSP modelling software.

Workshop Themes

Presentations will cover the following themes.
     - Pharmacokinetic Pharmacodynamic (PKPD) modellng, mathematical theory of pharmacology
       and pharmacokinetics.
     - QSP modelling, model scoping and drug development.
     - Target Mediated Drug Disposition (TMDD) and Drug Development.
     - Intersection of Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) and QSP.
     - Regulatory QSP.
     - Model complexity and uncertainty.
     - Paediatrics, viral dynamics and anti-infective treatment.
     - T-cell engager modelling.
     - Regulatory perspective on model building.
     - Spatial tumour modelling.
     - Toxicokinetics/Toxicodynamics.

Submitted talk and poster abstracts

Submitted talk and poster abstracts which fit within the workshop themes are welcome. Abstracts (500 words) can be submitted with registration. SUBMISSIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 15TH MAY 2026.

Venue and accommodation

All workshop activities will take place at the University of Warwick. For those delegates requesting accommodation, a number of ensuite rooms have been reserved on campus. An interactive map of the University Campus can be found here.

Includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch on Days 2 and 3. Delegates who wish to attend the Thursday evening dinner may purchase this separately.
